Please sign to affirm that you understand you must be 21 years old or older to be a member of the Foundation Club and to receive shipments of wine. If Foundation Club members would like to select their wines for the quarter, members are requested to notify Brix & Columns Vineyards of their wine choices by the 15th of the month prior to the pick up month (i.e. January 15th for February pick up, etc) or that quarter's order will default to the Winery Selection. If your wine is not picked up four months after the previous quarter’s pick-up party, the wine will be shipped and shipping costs will be incurred. Between the 1st and the 5th day of the month (in February, May, August, and November), your credit card will be billed for the discounted price of the wine, tax (when applicable), and shipping (if your wines are being shipped).  Wine will be shipped to the address on file, and it is your responsibility to update Brix & Columns Vineyards of address changes. If your wine is not picked up or we have had an unsuccessful delivery after one year, from the date of purchase, the wine will be dispersed as best seen fit by Brix and Columns Vineyards. Membership requires you to maintain participation for a minimum of four consecutive shipments. Membership benefits will begin with first pick up or shipment and are not transferable. Early cancellation will result in a $25 fee and charge back of any discounts received. Cancellations must be received in writing (email is sufficient) at least 30 days prior to next release and confirmed by Brix & Columns Vineyards staff.
